7. The webmaster/webmistress or  only responsible for the site will be able to require the prize, this must have 16 years of age more than.

11. The site should contain a page devoted to awards received.

12. The prize will not be able, in hypothesis some, to be modified or to be modified, having to be kept its original characteristics.

13. In case that the site after suffers to significant modifications in its content the concession from the prize, the webmaster/webmistress will have to request a reevaluation of the site to be able to continue to show the prize.

14. The result, in general, is sent to the applicants in the stated period until two weeks, except at times special as native and vacation. In case that the prize order has been denied, the webmaster/webmistress  will have to wait thirty days before requesting it again. If the order will be denied two times could not be repeated.

15. When requesting the prize the petitioner declares to be the pair of these rules and in accordance with our judgment, not fitting any claims.
